How do I get started?

Simply contact us to activate your plan. We'll work together to set up custom monitoring pipelines for your critical user journeys.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. In order to do so simply reach out to your contact person and we'll handle the changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, invoicing and numerous regional European payment providers. Purchase orders can be accomodated for Enterprise customers.

Do you operate independently?

Due to our concept of browser-based testing, we operate independently from your infrastructure. This allows us to provide unbiased monitoring results and means we do not require access to your internal systems.

Is there a setup fee?

There is a one-time setup fee of €200 for all plans. Enterprise customers may incur additional costs for custom integrations.

What kind of support do you provide?

Standard and Premium plans include email and ticketing support. Enterprise customers additionally receive dedicated support via phone, Teams or Slack.
